Fit Body Boot Camp

I just started working out here and the fit coach Val was a real motivator..... especially at 5:00 am . The people in the class were also soooo supportive and encouraging.

I have been going to Fitbody for just under 4 years and couldn't be happier with the changes this place has helped me to achieve! If you want to take control of your health and fitness with a great group of people then I would highly recommend you give it a shot!

10/10 would recommend. I have always hated gyms,feeling intimidated, unwanted, out of place. Not at Fit Body Boot Camp though. My husband signed us up and at first I was very anxious and kind of mad at him. We pass this place almost daily and I've always wanted to go in and check it out but I was scared to. Yesterday we had our first workout there and it was incredible. We both left sore, woke up sore but still really wanted to return. I dont feel uncomfortable or discouraged here. The support is amazing. The people are amazing and the trainer is amazing! Thank you Fit Body Boot Camp for helping me get back into shape! Day 2 was completed can't wait for the rest=)

The coaches and staff are all so positive and will help you succeed when you let them. I love the feeling of family I get when I am working out with my friends, it's not something you'll ever get at a regular gym. So when you have goals in your weightloss journey, like I do, then it matters.

When I went to check out FBBC I had no idea what I was getting myself in to! This place makes me feel complete!!! Everyone is so incredibly nice and welcoming! If I miss a day it just doesn't feel right! This place is Heaven on Earth. 40 minute classes that actually get you into shape! My body is transforming right before my eyes and it's amazing! I tell all my friends and family and Fit body Boot Camp and will never stop sharing my experience. Thank you so much for changing my life!!!!
